Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Silva Specialty Coffee!

To make a return and/or exchange request, contact us as soon as possible to silvaspecialtycoffe@gmail.com with your order number and details.

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Returns are free of charge.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price, sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited).

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Please contact us.
  • Shipping costs are refund by us if you send the item by the same shipping method when delivered to you, otherwise shipping cost are not refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The dates provided are approximate and serve as indicators. Any potential alterations in item shipment timing, as the initially estimated delivery dates are approximations, do not entitle the Customer the right to seek compensation. Deliveries are made by CTT.

Deliveries are, for now, done for:

Zone 1 – Portugal (Mainland)

Zone 2 – Portugal (Azores & Madeira)

Your delivery is scheduled for working days between 9 am and 6 pm. It's essential for someone to be available at the specified address to receive the package. Please note that this service does not offer scheduling or appointment options; the carrier will deliver the package without prior contact.
